华为提运营商转型方向:大视频是大机遇   新浪科技 侯智勇   对于运营商来说,传统的语音和短信业务持续下滑,尤其是在支付宝和微信掀起红包大战的春节期间,不过在语音和短信业务下滑的同时,用户们的流量消费则得到了大幅增长。   据工信部16日发布的最新数据显示,在刚过去的这个春节假期,全国移动短信发送量仅为2015年的三分之二;除夕当日下降40%;春节假期内移动互联网流量是2015年的2.6倍,除夕当日移动数据流量同比增长1.6倍,初一当日同比增长2.8倍。   不过对于日子越来越难过的运营商来说,他们对4G时代的期待远不限于这些,而包括华为在内的通信设备商也纷纷将目光瞄向了视频、物联网等产业,并为运营商提出了转型建议。在通信业最重要的展会MWC2016前夕,华为首次提出了包括大视频在内的运营商数字化转型五大发展方向。   华为认为,千亿美元级的视频产业、万亿美元级的企业IT云转型市场,以及即将出现10倍用户增长的物联网行业正在涌现,拥抱数字化转型,抓住大视频、大IT、大运营、大架构、大管道五大发展方向,将是运营商前所未有的机遇。   2016将是4.5G商用元年   千亿美元级的大视频产业意味着运营商需要提供更大的带宽,在国内运营商大建4G网络的同时,华为在5G到来之前也提出了4.5G的概念。   华为LTE FDD领域总经理蔡孟波认为,2016年将会是4.5G商用元年,在全球范围内,华为重点发布的4.5G的承载平台将在2016年规模商用,华为将携手领先运营商在全球部署60张以上的4.5G商用网路。这将面向人的移动宽带能力首次超越千兆速率,提供无处不在的高清语音和2K 4K高清视频体验,虚拟现实也将在4.5G网络上成为可能。   针对大视频,华为方面表示,随着人们沟通需求和体验方式的变化,视频特别是以4K为代表的高清视频已经成为趋势,未来将成为运营商的基础业务,预计到2025年,人均消耗的流量将增长500倍以上。 丁耘   华为常务董事兼产品与解决方案总裁丁耘指出,如果运营商不主动拥抱这一变化,这将会成为一个巨大的负担;反之,运营商则有可能将之打造成新的千亿美元级的业务。以四川电信为例,在实施了以4K视频为基础拉动收入增长的战略两年后,四川电信高清视频用户突破了690万,ARPU值提升了14.3%。   据了解,华为目前已在2K 4K视频领域建立了开放平台,实现内容聚合,使能业务创新。   运营商网络价值仍然非常大   在未来的物联网时代,无处不在的联接更加离不开运营商的网络。华为认为,让更多的物接入到运营商的网络中来,将让运营商的用户数获得10倍的增长。   此外,华为还认为运营商在云服务等领域也具有品牌、企业客户资源、遍布全国的网络和数据中心机房和本地服务等天然优势,这将让运营商有机会去分享万亿级的企业IT云转型市场。而面对各垂直行业的数字化转型,华为认为运营商有机会通过开放自身的能力,参与其中并分享红利。   在这一领域,华为称将优先与电信运营商共同开展云服务,策略是向上不做应用,向下不碰数据,坚持聚焦I层,与产业伙伴开放合作,打造云生态。   面对物联网等领域,华为一再表示将坚持聚焦管道的战略,坚持开放平台能力,在此次MWC2016上,华为的展区展示面积增加了1000平方米,并首次邀请产业链合作伙伴同台展示。   丁耘指出:“我们也希望帮运营商打开千亿美元物联网的市场,打开万亿美元数字化转型的市场。只有更加的开放,我们才能够获得更大的空间。”相关的主题文章:
